You have 14 days from the date of placing your order to cancel it if you have changed your mind, if the product has not been opened or used.

If the seed is damaged through no fault of your own, return carriage will be covered by us. However, if you simply change your mind once the item is delivered, then it is your responsibility to pay the return postage.

Once the item is received and checked by our staff, a full refund will be issued if required.
