Q: Can Greenland Seeds store my seed order and deliver it to me when I need it?

Q: My delivery address is difficult for some vehicles to access. Can you still deliver to me?

It is important that you provide us with details regarding restrictive vehicular access to your delivery address at the time of ordering. We will request our couriers to deliver your order using a suitable vehicle, however, we cannot be held liable should the delivery vehicle not be able to access the delivery address.

Q: I have a quote from another supplier, can you match it?

Yes, we can match or beat any quote. Simply provide us with: Evidence of the official quote you have been given. The specification of the seed mixture, including: Sowing rate Seed species Proportions of each seed species The varieties of the seed species The specification is important for us to know so we can match the quote you have been given. This is because all parts of the specification, not just the price, but also the quality of the mix, are factors of a quote.

Q: How can I apply for 30-days trade credit?

You need to be a registered company with Companies House to be eligible for 30-days trade credit. We will need your company registration number to verify your company. 30-day trade credit is offered to companies from the second order onwards.

Q: How do I place an order?

If it is your first time ordering from us, we will discuss your requirements, answer any questions you have and provide you with a bespoke quote over the phone or by email. If you have ordered from Greenland Seeds before, please place your new order by telephone or email. Upon placing your order, we will confirm your order in writing via email. Q: What is the minimum order?

The minimum order is dependent on the seed mix type. Standard Seed Mixes - Lawn, Agricultural, Sports and Equine: 150kg Standard Seed Mixes - Wildflower: 30kg Custom Seed Mixes: 150kg If you wish to place an order for a combination of seed mix types, please contact us to find out the minimum order quantity for your specific requirements.
