Free Next Working Day Delivery
Orders placed on our website for delivery to UK Mainland postcodes automatically qualify for Free Next Working Day Delivery.
There are a few postcode exceptions that we do not offer Free Next Working Day Delivery to listed below.
Large orders over 80kg qualify for free delivery, however, the time for delivery is 48 hours.
We will endeavour to dispatch all orders received before 1PM on the same working day. Orders must be placed and payment processed before 1PM for next working day delivery.
Next Working Day Delivery does not cover Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays.

Orders Over 8Okgs
Orders over 80kgs are packaged on a pallet and delivered on a 48hr basis.
Delivery Options and Tracking
We can arrange a variety of different delivery options via our courier, DX, at an additional cost.
If you require a timed delivery, Saturday delivery or have any other special requirements, please Contact Us for information and delivery estimates.
Delivery Notes
You have the option to add notes in the notes box provided at checkout for special delivery requirements you would like giving to the delivery driver. E.g. Leave in the garage.
Returning An Order You No Longer Want
You may return goods to us within 14 days of delivery as long as the packaging has not been opened, ie, seed bags have not been opened and bottle seals are intact.
You are responsible for paying for, and organising, the return of the goods.
Once the returned goods have been received by us and checked by our staff, a full refund will be issued within 14 days where due.

Damaged Deliveries and Faulty Goods
Please ensure that any damaged consignment is not signed for on delivery. These cannot later be claimed for or replaced. In this instance, we advise that you do not accept delivery of goods and contact us.
We cover the return carriage costs for faulty goods.
